Job Description:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for the full Human Resources cycle including employee relations, recruiting, on-boarding, mentoring, training, performance management, and safety.Support organizational initiatives and projectsProvide guidance employees and management to ensure that policies and processes are administered consistentlyAssist in development of personnel policies and proceduresConduct investigations in employee and customer situations, including but not limited to, harassment, discrimination, and violation of company policiesFacilitate employee relations issues as needed; provide coaching and conflict resolution to managers and employeesDrive employee engagement initiativesCreate and maintain job descriptionsRecord and manage employee information such as, but not limited to, personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance evaluations and termination informationCompile data and key performance metrics; develop reports and presentationsStay current with local, state and Federal HR laws, legislation, and trends, and maintain complianceRequirements:Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related business degreeThree (3) to five (5) years progressive Human Resources experience requiredPHR/SPHR highly desirableKnowledge of local, state and federal employment law and regulations
