Job Description:

Entry Level RPG Developer position performs requirement analysis, design, development, configuration, customization, quality assurance, project management, support and maintenance of application services. This position will closely collaborate and work with other individuals and teams within IT, and business groups to assess, define, develop and deliver end-to-end solutions and services which directly support business and IT goals at TIDI. This position must demonstrate company core values, be an agent of change, and be committed to the use of technology to create value for the customer.Recent or soon to be graduates are encouraged to apply.This position can work remotely, but may need to come into office in Neenah, WI.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:--- Defines and implements scalable and comprehensive analysis and design solutions for business requirements under consideration--- Develops and maintains TIDI solutions for in-house, ERP and other acquired applications including integration between applications in building or enhancing business capabilities and eliminating redundancy in solutions--- Collaborates with others on business solution assessments, develops and consults in the development of specification, software design, software development, implementation, testing, support and evangelism of products/features.--- Defines and enforces design, development and integration standards to improve quality, efficiency, security, scalability, availability and performance of application systems in the enterprise--- Plans, Designs, Develops, configures, customizes, tests, maintains and provides support for application services and data model for enterprise assets--- Mentors, Trains and provides technical leadership for other staff members including vendor resources and assists management in building skills, addresses skill gaps--- Participates in new capability implementations, enhancements, re-engineering efforts and product upgrades to improve efficiency, performance and reliability of products/features.--- Leads, participates and provides recommendations for proof of technology initiatives for new business and/or system capabilities--- Leads, participates and provides recommendations on software tools and continuous improvement ideas to improve productivity in IT processes.--- Serves as the resident subject matter expert in systems and promote best practices for product/feature development (DevOps, CD/CI, Agile/Scrum, test-driven development, telemetry, coding standards, etc).--- Demonstrates and actively supports TIDI Products, LLC Mission, Vision, Values, Value Discipline and Behaviors.--- Support and actively participate in programs and activities that promote a culture of continuous improvement including application of Lean Principles across the enterprise.--- Collaborates effectively across the company and actions are consistent with Behavior ExpectationsAn individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
