Anderson Trucking Service, Inc. (ATS) is actively seeking dedicated and skilled CDL-A Truck Drivers to join our expanding fleet. As a leader in freight and shipping logistics across North America, ATS specializes in multiple transportation solutions including flatbed, specialized, heavy haul, and van transport. As part of our team, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for timely and secure delivery of freight, contributing to our top-tier logistical capabilities. Operate CDL-A trucks to transport goods and materials over land. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules. Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures. Manage all necessary documentation ensuring it is complete and submitted promptly. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance. Coordinate with dispatch and logistics staff to ensure proper load instructions are followed. Proven work experience as a truck driver with CDL-A licensure. Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB, etc). Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly. Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc). Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid truck driving license (CDL-A). Must pass a background check and drug test. Clean driving record. Endorsements for HazMat and Tanker vehicles preferred but not required.
