Charter Aarrowcast is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team in the molding department. We produce ductile and gray iron castings for a wide range of industries, including government and defense, agriculture, heavy truck equipment, and industrial components like pumps, valves, and compressors. 25 plus quarterly bonuses, profit sharing, and a $2,000 hiring bonus after 90 days Schedule : This is a DAY shift opening! 10-hour shifts Benefits: Access great benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match and paid time off. Growth: Advance with on-the-job training and tuition reimbursement As a Molding Operator you will operate the various molding machines and set cores while maximizing utilization of department equipment. Assemble and prepare sand molds for pouring. Coordinate and communicate with melt and molding lines. A high school diploma or GED (we can help through the GEDWorks program). Prior experience working with industrial manufacturing environments. Can follow directions and also help guide others when needed.
