As a Forming Operator, your daily impact includes: Execute efficient item and roll changes to minimize downtime. Monitor machine performance and perform general maintenance to prevent bottlenecks. Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure every product meets our Direct Food Contact standards (BRC/GMP Standards) Manage machine feeding and material handling during high-speed runs. What You Bring to the Team An understanding of how machines work and can "hear" when something needs adjustment. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can pivot between independent tasks and team collaboration. Comfortable working with modern automated systems and digital interfaces. Strong verbal and written English skills, paired with basic math proficiency for quality logging. A commitment to the 2nd shift schedule (Mon–Fri, 2pm–10pm) and the flexibility for overtime/weekends when the team needs a win. Training Period: To set you up for success, initial training occurs on 1st Shift (6am–2pm) for up to your first 120 days. Manufacturing experience is a plus, but if you have a high mechanical aptitude and a great attitude, we will train you. Why Join Us?
