Job Description Job Description Salary: Bayland Buildings is actively seeking to fill a Field Support/Tool Repair position to work at our Green Bay locations and neighboring jobsites.This position includes full-time employment, year-round work, complete with competitive compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to be part of our employee-owned company! Core Responsibilities: Ensure the cleanliness of company vehicles, equipment and premises Load/Unload trucks and execute delivery of fuel, small equipment and materials in accordance with company safety and regulatory guidelines Maintain and ensure the cleanliness/organization of the yard, facilities and property. Maintenance tasks which may include sweeping, yard and shop upkeep/maintenance, operating a forklift and assisting with tracking inventory Tool and Equipment Repair Understand and follow a safe and quality work culture Key Qualifications: Building Material Knowledge preferred Experience/Knowledge of repairing/maintenance on tools and equipment Valid DL- Must have satisfactory driving record Strong Communication and organizational skills with detail orientation to ensure day-to-day smooth operations Strong time management, multitasking skills and capable of determining priorities on a tight schedule Problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height) Ability to perform physical labor Ability to operate hand/power tools and equipment Committed to maintaining a safe work environment Bayland Buildings Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and is an Employee Owned (ESOP) Company and offers competitive wage and benefit packages to successful candidates including 401K, ESOP Profit sharing, Health benefits, and more!
