Job Description:
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking 2nd
Shift Machine Op (Stagers) for a Project to join their team. As a
2nd Shift Machine Op (Stager) Project, you will be part of the
production department supporting operational excellence and quality
assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical
skills, a commitment to safety, and a team-oriented mindset, which
will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: 2nd Shift
Machine Op (Stager) Location: Jackson, WI Pay Range: $21 $1.40
Shift Differential Pay Shift: 2:00PM - 10:00PM, Monday through
Friday What's the Job? Safely set-up and operate equipment to
optimize machine capability and product output. Apply knowledge and
skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions.
Ensure high-quality goods are produced by checking for defects or
malfunctions. Follow safety policies, including wearing appropriate
personal protective equipment. Maintain accurate records and
documentation as required. What's Needed? High school diploma or
GED equivalent. At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or
similar roles. Strong technical skills and knowledge of various
types of machines and equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
and work in various environmental conditions. Excellent
problem-solving skills and attention to detail. What's in it for
