Job DescriptionJoin our growing Wholesale Team! You will win OTR shipments in a spot environment. This role will be selling our asset capacity to brokers on a daily basis. You will interface with our operating teams to ensure we have a clear vision of the needs of the truck for the day and find the most ideal, highest paying load available. How to Win? Successfully evaluate multiple options to fill each truck and exceed operating expectations. Develop relationships with assigned planners and fleets to maximize volume, margin, and eliminate deadhead. Execute shipments at the load level through pricing and customer engagement. Gain familiarity with PTI's freight network and build volume to support needs. Meet or exceed metrics. Easily prioritize competing demands on your time.
