Progressive, LLC is looking for a driven, hardworking, and enthusiastic part-time Hose Assembler to join their 1st shift team of experts in custom hose building and light assembly at Neenah, WI plant. Starting salary is around $13.00 per hour. This position is responsible for the assembly of hydraulic hoses, assorted production kits, and other assembly kits.Flexible Part-Time Schedule for Hose Assembler: You get to work with the Production Manager on creating your own schedule during the week's 1st shift schedule.* Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday* You have the option to work anywhere from 1 to 5 days per week* Must work at least 4 hours per shift* You have the option to work anywhere from 4 to 29 hours per week* Flexible start time anywhere between 8:00am to 12:30pm* Please note that 1st shift ends at 4:30pm Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities for Hose Assembler:* Assemble assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines.* Monitor quality processes.* Complete and submit inspection paperwork.* Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment.* Maintain a neat and clean work area.* Other duties as assigned.Qualifications for Hose Assembler:* Requires ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds using proper lifting techniques.* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.* Previous forklift experience is desired.* Strong mechanical aptitude.* Must possess the ability to apply basic math skills.* Must be able to use and read tape measures and digital calipers.* Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment.* Excellent communication skills (written and oral).An Equal Opportunity EmployerPowered by JazzHRzaMHmJYvMH
