Description:The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for working with and consulting customers with all after-purchase questions or problems with the products.Daily responsibilities include:Explain products or services and prices, answer questions from customers; take and enter orders, cancel orders, and obtain details of complaintsObtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computersKeep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions takenCheck to ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve customers' problems.Careful attention to detail and thorough in completing tasksUsing computers and computer systems to enter data and process information.Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, and other external sources**Same company as Furniture & Appliance Mart and Ashley Homestore/Ashley Furniture**There are roughly 600 inbound calls each day and 200 outbound calls each day. Calls are routed based on geography and escalation of issue.Computer Systems:- Dual Monitors and phone/headset- Microsoft Teams, Email, chat system with the team- Have a few internal programs that the person is trained onIdeal Candidate: Retail background and looking for a more stable shift/incomeSkills:Customer service, Call center, Data entry, Csr, Inbound call, Order entry, bilingual, Bilingual customer serviceTop Skills Details:Customer ServiceData EntryMicrosoft OfficeRetailAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE:BILINGUAL CSR - 1+ years of retail or customer service experience- Proficient on Microsoft OfficeNICE TO HAVE:- Ability to speak Spanish fluentlyExperience Level:Entry Level About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
