As the Team Leader - Assembly, you will be
responsible for providing leadership and oversight to
1st shift assembly team.

The preferred candidate will have experience with the

- High School
Diploma or GED required
- 3 or more
years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing
- Leadership or
supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in
Microsoft Office programs, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Meet physical
requirements of the position including the
ability to frequently
lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Good communication skills both verbally and written.
A strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Ability to work in a team setting.
Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel experience.
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
