Surgical Business Analysts lead business
improvement, business development, scheduling and
pre/post-operative improvement projects to influence processes and
procedures and support the delivery of high-quality patient care
within the surgery department.
Bachelors degree in business, finance or
accounting, or equivalent work experience in healthcare.
Minimum of 5 years professional experience
in project management and leadership skills.
Strong human relations and communication
skills, written and verbal, are essential.
Knowledgeable in computer use and data
Demonstrated ability to work independently
with minimal supervision.
