lead the development, implementation, administration and
communication of our Personal Lines (PL) agency incentive programs!
This includes commissions and additional incentive plans
(such as contests) to attract, retain and incent premium growth
across PL distribution outlets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
is an exciting opportunity to join our strong PL team by creating
and maintaining best practices for incentives. In this role, you
will partner with business leaders to support sales activities by
providing analysis, reporting and managing key incentive program
initiatives in support of business strategies. You will also

Lead the development of agency commissions and payment for
applications strategy, collaborating with other areas on tools,
budgeting, tracking, and reporting on PL distribution partner
payment rates to ensure appropriate expense management.
WHAT IT TAKES
