Job Description:
W ork Schedule :100% FTE, Monday through Friday. Typical hours
are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with 1-2 evening shifts per week. This
position will work a hybrid of in person and remote work from

a Substance Abuse Counselor to:Provide alcohol and drug treatment
to adults and adolescents on an outpatient basis.Conduct
assessments/intakes, treatment plan, provide individual and group
therapy, case management, and complete related documentation.Work
collaboratively with therapists and physiciansEducation :Minimum -
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage
and Family Counseling, or other Behavioral Health related
field.Preferred - Master's degree in counseling-related field.Work
Experience :Minimum - One year of experience working with
individuals with substance use disordersPreferred - Two years of
experience working with individuals with substance use
disorders.Licenses and Certifications :Minimum -Unrestricted
certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC) or Clinical
Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), or substance use disorder
specialty certification with the Wisconsin Department of Safety and
Professional Services (DSPS), or license/certification eligible in
