JOB TITLE: Production Associate LOCATION: Plover, WI REPORTS TO: Plant Manager STARTING PAY RATE:$20.09 / Hour PLANT INFORMATION: Your career starts at Foremost Farms USA! Our dairy ingredient plant in Plover, Wisconsin, produces high-quality, value-added whey ingredients serving a multinational customer base of infant formula manufactures, confectionary and bakery customers. Our production associates play an extremely important role in the seven-day a week operation, providing support in processing and packaging duties. SCHEDULE: Please apply only if you are available to work a rotating shift which could be any of the following: Midnight 8:00 AM; 8:00 AM 4:00 PM; 4:00 PM Midnight Holiday and weekend work is required on a rotating basis QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience in the dairy or cheese industry is preferred. Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus Knowledge of HACCP, GMP's, OSHA and loss control programs is highly desirable Able to read and comprehend standard operating procedures Participation in a team environment safely Detail oriented, be quality minded Able to perform at a high level in a fast paced environment Able to lift up to 55 pounds frequently and lift and/or move 75 pounds occasionally QUALIFICATIONS: No prior experience needed; on-the-job training is provided. Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures Knowledge of HACCP, GMP's, OSHA and loss control programs is highly desirable Participation in a team environment Must be detail orientated Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment Must be at least 18+ years old Able to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodations Ability to stand for the duration of shift Willing to use a forklift (training is provided) BENEFITS: Because you and your family matter, Foremost Farms offers some of the best benefits in the area.
