eligible for Visa Sponsorship.Position Summary:The Factory ME
Specialist actively supports the implementation of the Factory
Performance improvement strategy. The role acts as the center of
expertise for Factory Digital Expansion, Continuous Improvement
activities and Autonomy Step Progression. This role is a member of
the ME and Local Leadership Teams; with exposure and contribution
to the Factory Leadership Team.Job Responsibilities:Support
definition, alignment and sustainability of factory Performance
system, results, and compliance. '* Compliance to all standards
related to factory performance reporting (21.908.03) * Development
and implementation of performance system updates. * Performance
system module deployment that supports factory performance
improvement (DMO/MMS/SAP) plan. * Governance of all ME related
systems for Performance: Quarterly rate review, nominal
rate/bottleneck study, mass balance. * Monitor data integrity and
coach for improvement.Identify, develop and implement Digital
solutions to improve factory communication, loss identification and
simplification of work processes for the factory floor and front
office functions. '* Partner with the digital implementation team
to match system functionality with factory losses. * Lead
cross-functional teams on software implementation and integration.
* Build digital capabilities within the factory leadership team;
provide sustainable solutions. * Drive and implement auto-capture
opportunities within system expansion.Assist in definition,
alignment and implementation of Factory and Local Leadership team
improvement plans, understanding the impact on overall results and
resource allocation. '* Use Loss Analysis / External Benchmarks to
drive identification of improvement opportunities. * Understand how
local the leadership team execution plan and timing impact factory
results. * Coach the Local Leadership team on how to look at loss
opportunities and the tools / resources available.Support the
factory Autonomy Progression on the Factory Floor and within the
Local Leadership teams based on the Factory Maturity Level Check
commitments. '* Develop and coach identified Key Standards; support
the SDCA cycle. * Monitor capability building plans, outlining gaps
and opportunities to close. * Build library of job skill
curriculums and monitor compliance to capability. * Ensure
appropriate governance at each level of Operational Review (SOR,
SHO, DOR, WOR) * Prepare and coach losses for Measures cascade
