Job Description:
We are a family-oriented Midwest-based company in Wisconsin,
Minnesota, and upper Michigan. As a result of our tremendous
growth, we have a need for a driven, forward thinking Customer Care
Coordinator (Receptionist). The Customer Care Coordinator provides
key value to the organization by being the first impression to
visiting guests and incoming organizational telephone calls, while
providing superior service to internal and external customers.
This is a part-time job share position that is customer facing
greeting them to our facility, receiving incoming calls through
systems and proactively monitoring and communicating customers'
anticipated requirements.
What You Get To Do
- Determine the nature of callers' business and directs them to
appropriate destination.
- Welcome all guests with enthusiasm by greeting them, answering
and referring questions.
- Process and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies.
- Monitor and distribute Purchase Order in-box to appropriate
designee(s).
- Assist in scheduling and planning customer and internal meetings.
Coordinate any required meal catering.
- Perform other office administrative duties as needed.What We Need
From You
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to solicit customer feedback to improve service
- Speak clearly and persuasively in all situations
- Write clearly and informatively
- Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and
helpful)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and some Excel
