Job Title: Janitor

Entity: Kaiyuh Services, LLC

Location: Junction City, WI

Work Hours: 4-6 hours per week on average. We are flexible. The work can be done in 1 day, Tuesday-Thursday anytime between 8am and 4pm.

Reports to: Project Manager

Job Summary: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk.

Required Qualifications & Essential Functions:

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must have the ability to carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds
• Ability to push, pull, stoop, bend or stand for long periods of time
• Prior janitorial experience preferred
  Duties:
  
  • Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
  • Gather and empty trash
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms
  • Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
  • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Other duties as assigned
