Description: ABOUT THE ROLEPositive enthusiastic winning attitude!Showroom floor coveragePhone calls to Customers/Vendors Understand basic Construction practices and building componentsTyping Sales Tickets & DeliveriesMust be comfortable with computersUnderstand Product Knowledge Work with multiple Component manufacturers to obtain quotes, place orders & review acknowledgements. Comfortable with Estimating Work with multiple account managers & customers to address a variety of needs and concerns.Ensure that issues are addressed within 48 hours per the Team Blue "48 hour solution resolution."Answer customer service phone calls and assist walk-in customers with a smile!As you grow in your role you will assist in training and motivating new team members Don't have all of these qualifications?
