Position: Floater, $16/hour, .50 shift premium, $2.00 WE shift premium (work every other weekend) Sign On Bonus: $1500 Division: GMSP Location: Oconto, WI Shift: 6 pm - 6 am, COP (continuous operation) Primary Purpose of the Role: Responsible for general machine functions, organization, and able to fill in on other assets if need arise. Essential Functions:Wrap pallets of finished product if necessaryStage/Move finished product to stretch wrapperAssess needs for raw material goods and delivers them to areas of productionAssist in prepping rolls and roll changesAble to identify different products as schedule requires.Operate pallet jacks to move product and cartons in designated locationsMove/Stage gaylords of waste to BalerPerform housekeeping duties at assets.Assist other team members as necessaryResponsible for personal safetyResponsible for accurate and complete exchange of information with in coming team members.Must be able to fill in on other assets if need arisesResponsible to report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate actionPerform other duties as assigned Position Qualifications:Factory experience preferred.
