Job Description:

We are looking for a full time scheduler for our facility! Our goal is for this individual to spend half their time working on filling the schedule and then the rest of their hours will be working on the floor as an aide. The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Facility focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. Pay:--$19-$23/hr.
Hours:--32 hours a week
Qualifications:

• CNA license
• Experience working in a long term care facilityResponsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain staffing schedules
  • Schedule staff in coordination with the Director of Nursing or Administrator
  • Proactively work with staff to fill vacant shifts, either due to open positions, or call-ins
  • Communicate staffing and hiring needs to the Director of Nursing and Human Resources
  • Post and communicate schedules to all nursing staff
