Now Hiring Machine Operators in Green Bay, WI! 1st Shift!Trillium Staffing is currently seeking machine operators to add to our client's growing team!

The Machine Operator will be responsible for setup and operation of converting equipment. The Machine Operator position will require troubleshooting of equipment to achieve optimal performance. Additional duties include minor preventative maintenance, cleaning of the machine, conducting regular quality checks of work in progress, prepping for upcoming work orders and changeovers, and overseeing machine assistants and line helpers throughout the day.

This is a full time, contract to hire opportunity with a well-established company in the Green Bay area. The standard hours are Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm with lots of flexibility on start and end times based on employee preference. Potential shifts could range from 6:00am -2:30pm, 7:00am - 3:30pm, 8:00am - 4:30pm, 10:00am - 6:30pm. Our client is open to discussion and finding the best fit for YOU and your schedule! Starting wages range from $17-22/hr, based on experience level.
