JOB SUMMARY: PSG/CIP is hiring a team of Youth Support Specialists for our new program in Brown County. Youth Support Specialists provide individual skill development and support to youth referred through the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program and supports and assists youth in the follow through and success of their individualized goals. Our program serves clients and families throughout Brown County. Services include individual meetings, structured recreational activities which build social skills, crisis intervention, school support and parent contact. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Analyze youth capabilities, strengths and problems to determine the services required to meet the unique needs of youth.Implement, evaluate and review youth goals in collaboration with team members, youth and their families.Exercise judgment to intervene as an advocate for youth in school, the community and during emergency and crisis situations.Attend youth/family team meetings.Organize and facilitate individual meetings and structured recreational activities that assist youth in developing pro-social skills and connections.Safely transport clients as needed. LOCATION: Position will work hybrid schedule, operating on a WFH schedule except for scheduled client meetings. Must be able to meet in-person with clients out in the Brown County community or within clients' homes. SCHEDULE: Part-time leading to full-time. Hours are varied, typically during business hours Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm with occasional weekends.
