G&G Machine is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate a live-tooling lathe on our unique 2nd Shift. G&G Machine is a top-tier job shop that has been in business for over 35 years. In addition to our modern facility and equipment, we offer competitive wages (that include up to a $4 shift premium!), and our 2nd Shift has unique and desirable hours! You can expect to work three 12-hour shifts, Monday through Wednesday. You work 36 hours, get paid for 40, and have a 4-day weekend! In addition, overtime is available Thursday through Sunday for those looking to earn even more. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required 3 or more years of CNC experience working in a job shop environment Proficient at reading and interpreting blueprints Basic mathematical skills, up to and including trigonometry, to calculate dimensions and verify measurements Proficient in machine/tooling set-up and standard tooling Demonstrated ability to use a variety of inspection tools to verify parts Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment Technical or Associates Degree in a machining-related field is a plus Previous experience running a Mazak Lathe with live tooling is a plus Benefits include (but are not limited to): Competitive Wages Shift Premium Health Insurance (including co-pay and HSA plans) 401(k) Profit-sharing Paid Time Off Tuition Reimbursement 4-Day Weekends (for 2nd Shift) $200 Annual Safety Shoe Voucher Bi-Annual Bonuses Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Bonus/Commission: Yes
