Job Description:

HostManitowish Waters, WISmokey's, a small, intimate Wisconsin Northwoods supper club that offers exquisite cuisine in a casually elegant setting, is looking for a Part-Time Host.Position Responsibilities

• Plan and organize reservations and waitlists.
• Manage and maintain the restaurant seating chart.
• Greet and seat guests as they enter the restaurant. -
• Take drink orders for guests as they wait or direct them to the bar as necessary. -
• Provide guests with menus and ensure they are comfortably seated.
• Keep the Host station neat and organized and assist other staff members with basic duties.
• Assist in preparing for large parties.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints and report issues to the Restaurant Manager.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning up the restaurant during opening and closing shifts.Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with POS Terminal and Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
