Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Maintaining printers, copiers, and UPS systems.
Following troubleshooting procedures.
Developing and maintaining procedural documents for troubleshooting and timelines for scheduled maintenance.
Responding to all network disruptions, following the troubleshooting procedure.
Maintaining procedural documents for troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance.
Work with other IT Staff to implement network-related projects and changes.
Analyzing and prioritizing new work orders for assignment.
Responding to emergency requests.
Providing end user troubleshooting techniques.
Maintaining and enforcing solution database for end users.
Responsible for daily operation of Email system, any changes needed to design or implementation, and inbound/outbound mail flow and troubleshooting.
Assist with implementation of a IT Ticketing System to be used to prioritize and queue inbound IT requests.
Assists users with technical requests, providing good customer service with a helpful demeanor.

Additional Details:

-First Shift 8am - 4:30pm

-Flexible Hybrid Schedule

-2-3 years of experience required
