Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties
may be assigned.
- Hands-on problem-solving activities to increase safety and
quality
- Effective at Go See/Go to Gemba and proven history of building
consensus, making observations, collecting facts, and brainstorming
with team members
- Lead and facilitate Lean Kaizen activities throughout the
organization to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery
goals.
- Support the organization in deploying the Lesaffre Global
Performance System
- Provide training and coaching in Lean philosophies and concepts
to stakeholders.
- Document and report out on Lean initiatives and activities on a
monthly basis Travel
You can expect to travel about 10% within the region.
Supervisory Responsibilities
No direct reports.

Visual Management, Standard Work, Root Cause Analysis, and
SMED

- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and

process
- Superb skill to simplify and explain complex problems and
methodology. Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree required, with an emphasis in Manufacturing, Food
Industry and/or Engineering
- Good knowledge of safety and quality systems.
- Experience and knowledge in the Toyota Production System
- Minimum 1-5 years' experience in leading continuous improvement
activities with an emphasis in 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard
Work, Poke Yoke, SMED, and PDCA
- Data analysis and statistical knowledge is preferred
- Qualified trainer certification is a plus.
