• Self-motivated team player.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively one-on-one, and with large groups.
• Supporting the sales team with the bid process to ensure deadlines are met and completed on time and in full.
• Plan syncing and basic overlay - comparing bid plan vs final plan (includes revisions).
• Perform take offs and estimates for simple additions, options, small projects and revisions (based on lead times).
• You are the point of contact for all material/delivery phone calls from builder/framer, delivery team and Quarterbacks on-site.
• Typing up and delivery scheduling for materials.
• Coordinate order process with category specialists.
• Sales support duties: revising pricing and updating quotes with inside team, ship tickets, scheduling returns, printing start packets, setting up jobs (start loads, floor and i-joist layouts).
• Assist in facilitating change orders & warranty/service repairs for internal/external customers.
• As you grow in your role you will assist in training and motivating new team members.YOUR PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCEIt would be great if your experience encompasses these things:
