If you thrive in an environment where your growth and development are encouraged and supported, then Associated Bank may be the right place for you.We invite you to view the opportunity below:Primary responsibility is to support the portfolio management and renewal process by sending financial statement letter requests to customers, image supporting documentation and respond to inquiries from existing loan customers or branch colleagues regarding the renewal loan processes. In addition, will assist in the origination of small business renewal loan applications. Additional responsibilities include assisting with managing the maturing loan pipeline and requesting updated or missing financial information from small business renewal loan customers. Will assist with new money origination and service requests when necessry. This position will be located in a centralized environment.This person will also:

  • Respond promptly to colleague and customer inquiries received daily regarding small business loan renewals.
  • Monitor Centralized shared mailboxes and promptly process or forward emails to proper teams accordingly.
  • Image documentation for all loan underwriting related activity.
  • Accurately enter small business renewal loan applications and send out financial statement letter requests to customers.
  • Assist in managing missing new money and renewal underwriting package information. Request updated or missing financial information, from renewal small business loan customers as a prerequisite to a renewal loan underwriting related activity. Work directly with the lender, or customer, to resolve loan application issues. Recommend extensions to maturity dates as needed.
  • Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with internal customers and colleagues alike. Maintain a positive attitude within the Department by practicing team concepts to achieve common objectives and service standards.
  • Maintain current awareness and understanding of appropriate banking laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance and educate lending team.Review the qualifications listed below:Education
    • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Business, Financing, or Accounting. RequiredExperience
