you to view the opportunity below. The Communications Business
Partner serves as the business partner to business line or support
unit leadership, providing core communications service supporting
the strategic needs of the organization.This person will also:
- Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders
identify, prioritize, build and deliver internal and external
communications strategies for key initiatives, announcements,
interventions and other communications on an as-needed basis.
- Develop end-to-end delivery of timely, targeted and effective
communication projects, accurately interpreting, translating and
writing a range of materials in suitable formats for a variety of
audiences.
- Manage special projects and participate in functional and
cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage the coordination of the business' communications
delivery through internal communications, executive communications,
public relations and digital marketing channels.
- Measure effectiveness of business line communications activity
and recommend improvements where appropriate.
- Responsible for fully understanding and following established
communications protocol to effectively and efficiently publicize
appropriate messages and information for response to critical
incidents as well as standard communications.
- Serve as a liaison to the business line and Internal
Communications to ensure communication services are aligned with
internal customer needs.Review the qualifications listed

- Bachelor's Degree Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations,
Communications or Business. RequiredExperience
- 4-7 years Banking, corporate communications, marketing,
journalism or public relations with strong writing. Required
- 4-7 years Employee communications. Background in multi-media
communications development including print, video and event
