They operate as a full service general contractor and work on projects that range through all sectors within residential and commercial construction.     • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
    • Coordinate and schedule labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to optimize project efficiency.
    • Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the construction site to create a secure work environment.
    • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives and specifications are met.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to plans, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
    • Manage and track project budgets, expenses, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to stay within financial constraints.
    • Document project progress, daily activities, and incidents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
    • Communicate effectively with the project team, providing updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating smooth information flow.
    • Anticipate potential challenges and risks, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits throughout the construction process.
    • Facilitate and participate in meetings with stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams to discuss progress, changes, and resolve issues.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to construction operations.Profile
      • Several years of relevant construction experience, including hands-on field work and project management.
      • Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
      • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.
      • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
      • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
      • Problem-solving skills to quickly identify issues and implement solutions on the construction site.
      • Leadership skills to guide and motivate site personnel while maintaining a positive work culture.
      • Computer literacy, including proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
      • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, manage stress, and make decisions under pressure.
      • OSHA certification or other relevant safety training is a plus.Job Offer
