If you thrive in an environment where your growth and development are encouraged and supported, then Associated Bank may be the right place for you.We invite you to view the opportunity below.As a Trust Reconciliation Specialist you will monitor, reconcile, and prepare reports for Trust Demand Deposit Accounts (DDA), internal suspense/clearing accounts, and security positions at depositories. Investigate and communicate outstanding and out-of-balance items to relevant departments for timely resolution.This person will also:

• Reconcile the main Trust checking account daily, monitor transactions, address discrepancies, and report fraud. Prevent overdrawn statuses and submit quarterly overdraft memos.
• Reconcile Trust security positions and internal suspense/clearing accounts monthly, resolving out-of-balance situations and preparing reports.
• Monitor ACH rejects and trust account overdrafts daily, ensuring timely resolution and correct posting. Prepare monthly reports.
• Track outstanding vault items and address stale email notifications for electronic statements.
• Quarterly, reconcile assets held as stock dividend reinvest, brokerage, and mutual funds, providing detailed reports.Review the qualifications listed below:Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related discipline. RequiredExperience
