view the opportunity below.As a Trust Reconciliation Specialist you
will monitor, reconcile, and prepare reports for Trust Demand
Deposit Accounts (DDA), internal suspense/clearing accounts, and
security positions at depositories. Investigate and communicate
outstanding and out-of-balance items to relevant departments for
timely resolution.This person will also:
- Reconcile the main Trust checking account daily, monitor
transactions, address discrepancies, and report fraud. Prevent
overdrawn statuses and submit quarterly overdraft memos.
- Reconcile Trust security positions and internal
suspense/clearing accounts monthly, resolving out-of-balance
situations and preparing reports.
- Monitor ACH rejects and trust account overdrafts daily,
ensuring timely resolution and correct posting. Prepare monthly
reports.
- Track outstanding vault items and address stale email
notifications for electronic statements.
- Quarterly, reconcile assets held as stock dividend reinvest,
brokerage, and mutual funds, providing detailed reports.Review the

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related
discipline. RequiredExperience
- 2-4 years of Accounting , Finance, or related experience.
