We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented leader to join our client's team as an Operations Support Supervisor. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring high-quality food production standards while leading and supporting a team in a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support Meat Slicing and Prep Kitchen teams to meet daily production goals.
• Ensure all products meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (USDA, HACCP, GMPs).
• Maintain efficient workflows by staging and delivering proteins and ingredients to production lines.
• Monitor and record daily waste, report discrepancies, and suggest process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with production staff, quality teams, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead by example to promote a safe, respectful, and harassment-free workplace.What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a food manufacturing or quality assurance role. Supervisory or team lead experience is a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Ability to read and follow production schedules and quality specs
    • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
    • Certifications: HACCP certification preferred
    • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in cold environments.Why Join Our Client's Team?
