Kelly Services is looking for several Direct Hire Maintenance Technicians in Ripon, WI!These are direct hire positions meaning you will be hired directly with our employer and offered their benefit and vacation package.Benefits:Health, dental, and vision.401k + match2 weeks vacation, 2 hours of PTO accrual starting on day 1, and paid holidays.Additional education offeredPay: $22--- $26--per hour with lots of overtime potential, possibly more $$$ depending on experience.1st and 3rd shift openings with overtime during peak summer months!During peak season; you will be working lots of OT! 12 hour days for four months of the year. Most Maintenance Techs are making near $80k-$100K annually!1. Inspect, repair and maintain machinery, and equipment throughout the facility2. Trouble shoot, repair, and replace machinery as required3. Read sketches and blueprints to determine layout of assigned work4. Design, fabricate, weld, and install equipment as required5. Maintain accurate records of work performed and PM completed6;. Monitor equipment operation making any necessary adjustments7.
