Job Description:
Our Material Handling Associate will be responsible for
supporting many different aspects of Inventory Control. These
aspects include material handling, packaging and shipping,
receiving, and warehouse organization. As our Material Handling
Associate, you will work directly with the Inventory Control
Manager in organizing materials from production to our outdoor
storage yard.Job Responsibilities:As our Material Handling
Associate, you will participate in the unloading of raw materials
and ensure they are placed in the appropriate areas for production.
You will also be picking, packaging, and loading shipments for our
many in and out-of-state dealerships. You will need to be able to
work with multiple department leaders to ensure material is
unloaded and organized properly per their production requirements.
You will be required to assist in both indoor and outdoor
warehousing of raw and finished goods, specifically acting as a
backyard materials attendant.Additional responsibilities will
include;o Ownership of Forklift/HI-LO maintenanceo Maintaining
inventory by identifying, placing, and labeling materials in the
proper locations.o Properly documenting received goods.o Properly
documenting product shipments.o Maintain a high level of quality
customer service.Job Requirements:o At least 1 year of experience
in the field or related areao Ability to operate various types of
loading equipment such as Forklift/HI-LO, pallet jack, etc.o Strong
organization and placement skillso Capability of loading and
organizing -difficult -and -cumbersome -materialso Mechanical
inclinationo Strong understanding of packing slips and inventory
order fulfillmentPreferred Skills:o Knowledge and experience in
Lean Manufacturing tools and conceptso Wide degree of creativity
and autonomy is expectedo Mechanically Inclinedo Experience in
freight preparation for large orders over long distances

cultureScheduleGiven the seasonality of our business, our operating
hours and our employee schedules change to accommodate the spike in
demand for our product and service. Current schedule is: - Monday -
Friday 6:00a - 3:30pCompensation:As a Material Handler, you will be
paid an hourly wage of $16.42 an hour.Your wage will still be
subject to a merit raise increase.Currently, you will receive
quarterly (January, April, July, and October) raises based on
attendance, $.50 cents every quarter for 2 years. The attendance
policy is defined in the handbook and is based on a deduction hour
system. This quarterly raise can be earned if the deduction hours
are less than 40 points per the policy.Personal Paid Leave
(PTO):
The Personal Paid Leave or Paid Time Off (PTO) for this position is
subject to the following schedule: - (START DATE), 2023 - 40 Hours
- January 2024 - 40 Hours - January 2025 - 64 Hours - January 2026
- 80 Hours - January 2027 and Beyond - 96 HoursWe also offer six
paid holidays and one floating holidayInsurance:We offer a Platinum
HMO and Gold HMO healthcare plan through Blue Care Network. The
Gold HMO is the base medical plan and employees have the option to
buy up to the Platinum plan. Dependents are covered at 50% by the

insurance at the employee's cost (Less than $10.00 per week)SIMPLE
IRA:We provide a company-matched SIMPLE IRA through Edward Jones.
The company will match up to 3% of the employee's annual wage for
their IRA.Bonus Program:Bulmann Dock & Lift has a semi-annual
discretionary bonus program known as Stake In The Outcome (SIO).
Our SIO plan is based on our yearend profitability and
distributions are made when levels are achieved. Levels are
determined at the beginning of our fiscal year.Training and
