• Strong Company Core ValuesRGL Logistics is searching for Self-Starter & Ambitious Teammates to join their In-Plant team in Green Bay, WI. Material Handling within a fast-paced production facility. There's never been a better time to switch career gears and join a company that values YOU!Essential Functions:
  • Load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner utilizer clamp and double fork extensions, recording all necessary paperwork.
  • Keep all palletizer out-feed conveyors clear of product in a timely manner to prevent any stoppage in converting.
  • Transport product to storage areas using proper equipment and efficiently stack and store product.
  • Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
  • Check product for accuracy in inventory, damage and infestation and complete paperwork.
  • Sweep and clean area, including trailers, as needed.
  • Utilize RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System.Qualifications:
    • Must be team-oriented and safety conscious.
    • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, constantly changing, environment.
    • Must be able to safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, clamp lifts, box clamps etc.
    • Must be 18 years of age.Available Shifts:
      • 2-2-3 Days (6a-6p)
      • 2-2-3 Nights (6p-6a)
