Job DescriptionSummary: The Production Supervisor will monitor all production operations and resources to achieve customer satisfaction with respects to core value, quality, and on-time deliveries. This position will assist in achieving innovative productivity, economic goals, safety policies, quality controls, and all other production related activities.Responsibilities:

• Assist and oversee all aspects of plant operations
• Coordinate plant activities with Plant Manager
• Assist in communicating and delegating job expectations and duties to associates
• Monitors daily production
• Ensures all Quality Assurance and Safety policies and procedures are being enforced and followed
• Coach and counsel, and discipline employees as deemed necessary
• Assist in revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow of production
• Assist in tracking and maintaining inventory
• Schedules in bound and outbound freightQualifications:
