Job Description:
Crane Engineering is a family-orientated Midwest based company
in Wisconsin, Minnesota and upper Michigan. As a result of our
tremendous growth, we have a need for a Shipping & Receiving
Coordinator to join our warehouse/shop team. Shipping and Receiving
Coordinators prepare orders and receive incoming shipments.Our

recognized for creating WOW! customer experiences. What You Get To
Do-- Receives all incoming materials and completes necessary
paperwork. -- Prepares shipments in accordance with Department of
Transportation (DOT) requirements and specifications. -- Verifies
incoming and outgoing shipments for correct materials, packing,
crating, tagging, and handling instructions, loading and bracing,
etc. -- Prepares bills of lading and other required forms including
those for domestic and international shipments.-- Prepare
arrangements for pick-up by the carrier specified by the customer.
-- Maintains adequate supply of shipping materials at all times. --
Maintains a clean work environment while following prescribed
safety regulations. -- Meets need-by dates for all shipments or
other requests.-- Performs building and grounds maintenance as
required.-- Communicates effectively with internal and external
customers. What We Need From You-- High school diploma or
equivalent required-- Minimum six months related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience-- A
valid driver's license; must be able to meet CMV (commercial motor
vehicle) requirements - Non CDL-- Ability to follow verbal
instructions and use simple math-- Knowledge of UPS, Federal
Express, etc., rules and regulations preferred-- Ability to operate
a forklift-- Ability to use computer software and complete required
paperwork-- Knowledge of proper packaging methods and ability to
interpret visual aids used to convey specific packaging
requirements-- Ability to frequently lift and/or move objects
