Job Description:
Wysocki Family of Companies (WFC) is looking for someone who is
reliable and determined to join our Chip Plant team as a Production
Lead . The Production Lead provides primary processing and load out
duties to ensure the potatoes are loaded into the semi-trucks to
meet customer requirements and time specifications.
Additionally, this role also includes a variety of additional
operational including but not limited to; scooping and hauling
potatoes, preventative maintenance, storage bins sanitizing and
oversight of quality as potatoes are being loaded into the
trucks.

Minimum Qualifications
Valid Driver's License An acceptable driving record
Excellent teamwork skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as a
member of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work extended hours year-round as needed.
Mechanical aptitude - ability to troubleshoot and escalate machine
breakdown issues if needed.
Must be able to make quick, safety conscious decisions in a
fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Products (outlook,
word, excel etc.) and various technology platforms.
Experience working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing
environment that includes hands-on experience operating production
machines.
Experience driving and operating bulk trucks or larger.
Adaptability to changing plans as crop farming revolves around
weather conditions.
Essential Job Functions
Processing and load out duties to ensure the potatoes are loaded
into the semi-trucks to meet customer requirements and time
specifications.
Effectively communicate cross-functionally with production team
members on the load out process in the moment and provide
direction.
Monitor operations throughout the workday to share operational
information and ensure safe and effective work practices.
Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly pre-ops are completed.
Monitor and log all chemical applications in accordance with Food
Safety Manager
Report key information to Plant Leadership Team about daily
activities and progress vs plan
Enter work orders for maintenance issues/breakdowns and address
logistical breakdowns and/or operational bottlenecks.
May Operate and service farm machinery and tools such as potato
conveyance equipment.
Accurately records work orders into appropriate software.
Operate pay loader if necessary.
Operate forklift for loading and unloading product.
Scoop potatoes and assist with product storage.
Deliver potatoes to intake from storage bins.
Follow all Safety/Occupational Safety, and Food Safety as outlined
in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) at WFC
Responsible to follow all Safety Policy and Procedures as outlined
by the Company.
Various production tasks may be assigned as required.
Storage and Bay Cleaning and sanitizing
Cleaning/Sanitizing Trucks
Running Piler during harvest
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Maintaining and respecting equipment and tractors to be neat, clean
and orderly
Flume as needed, adjusting the water flow to regulate the flow of
potatoes into the flume.
