  • Organize and drive 3rd shift production, meeting the quality and efficiency standards to exceed customer expectations, safely and on time
  • Lead, manage, and have accountability conversations with the team
  • Oversee the manufacturing of all components during 3rd shift
  • Meet or exceed the production and delivery schedules
  • Hold pre-production huddles to set daily production goals
  • Manage paperwork and workflow
  • Monitor and exceed safety and quality standards, be proactive and recommend improvementsYOUR PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE
    • Your background involves putting customers first
    • Your have analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and make processes better, faster, and cheaper
    • You have excellent communication skills to keep our team members on the same page
