We currently have multiple positions open for a full time Manufacturing Production Associate at our fast-paced plant in Weyauwega, WI

PAY: $19.98/Hour

Your Role:

As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you will be responsible for filling customer orders, operating equipment to create finished goods, packaging products, and upholding our safety standards. You will have the opportunity to:

• Manage all aspects of product packaging for the assigned work cell.
• Inspect finished products to ensure that they meet the quality and packaging standards.
• Communicate any product quality concerns to the first available Supervisor or Manager within a timely manner.
• Communicate any packaging concerns to the first available Supervisor or Manager in a timely manner.
• Make spools, restock supplies, put finished rolls away, take out full skids, and assist with startups.
  Ultimately, you will play an important part in our production process and you will help us maintain our status in the industry by ensuring that we are making quality products.       We need you to have:
      
      • High school degree or equivalent required.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
      • Ability to perform highly repetitive or short cycle work.

        • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
        • Good Team Player with positive "can do" attitude.
        • Demonstrated hands-on ability.
