By reacting to the unique needs of each patient, Telemetry Technicians play an important role in HSHS's commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Qualifications: Education Qualifications High School Diploma or GED- Required Experience Qualifications 1 year of Telemetry experience preferred 2 years of experience in the medical field preferred Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required Basic Life Support (BLS) required Certification in cardiac technology by the American Cardiology Association- Preferred Successfully complete basic EKG training at the first offering and 16 hours of 12-lead EKG training within 3 months of hire-Required
