Description

The Heart of the Valley YMCA Fox Cities is hiring a full-time or part-time Facilities Maintenance support staff person to help take care of our Kimberly branch. Our newest Maintenance staff person needs to be able to assist with basic building maintenance, painting, groundskeeping, basic carpentry, cleaning and assist the Property Manager as needed. The ideal facilities person would not be intimidated by heights and be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

This role can either be a full-time or part-time position with scheduling flexibility.

Requirements

18 years of age or older.
High school education or equivalent is required.
Prior experience in general facility maintenance preferred.
Positive communication & customer service skills are required.
