The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Greater Green Bay Area to find an Engineering and Maintenance Manager for their team.If you are a plant engineer with maintenance and project management experience looking for the next step up, this is the perfect fit for you! The client would be able to assist in relocation.This job will have the following responsibilities:Manage the Maintenance and Engineering programs within the plant, managing all personnel on both teams.Manage the capital plan and budget and communicating these plans with all plant and corporate teams.Manage all projects within the plant, handling multiple projects at one time ranging in sizeCollaboration with timelines, adjustments, future projects, and arising issues with plant teams such as production, quality, maintenance, finance, and hrMaintain healthy external relationships with vendors, construction contractors, and government agenciesBe a key member of the process improvement team pertaining to engineering teams, constantly looking for ways to improve the process Attend daily, weekly, monthly report out meetings of statuses of projects and any adjustments to the original timeline and deadlinesQualifications & Requirements:Bachelors DegreeEngineering Experience in manufacturing industries: Food, plastics, packaging, metals, automotive, pharma, or chemicalProject Engineering or Capital Project experiencePrevious maintenance supervisor experience, having strong technical knowledge of equipment
