We have several full-time production openings available in different areas and on several different shifts. No previous manufacturing experience is required. Whether you have a desired shift or position in mind or aren't sure which position would be right for you, we can help you find the best position to grow your career with Linetec!Pay:Starting at $20/Hour PLUS shift premiums for working 2nd or 3rd ($2/hour) or 12 Hour Nights ($3/hour)Available Shifts:1st - 6am - 2pm2nd - 2pm - 10pm3rd - 10pm - 6am10 Hour - Monday-Thursday plus mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed, no Saturdays or Sundays* 2nd - 2p-12a & 2:30p-12:30a12 Hour - 2-week rotation working 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days, work 2 days, off 3 days. Work every other weekend and have every other weekend off. No mandatory OT on days/weekends off but the ability to volunteer if interested. Work 15 days out of 30 days!* Days - 6a-6p* Nights - 6p-6aSummary:Work may include packaging or crating material, racking parts, unloading parts off the line, sanding, shipping/receiving, painting, basic tack welding, operating overhead cranes, and any other duties as assigned.Candidates must be willing to work hard as part of a team, must have excellent attendance and performance records, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. All work includes being able to lift up to 50lbs, in some positions consistently throughout your shift.
