Location: Green Bay, WI Shift: 3rd Shift Work model: Hybrid Schedule: FULLTIME; Sunday - Thursday 9:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Senior Operations Support Representative in Green Bay to provide excellent customer service to both Schneider drivers and customers during non-traditional business hours. The Senior Operations Support Representative will answer calls, track orders and solve driver- and customer-related problems that arise. Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert for drivers and customers. Solve problems to prevent customer delays. Provide updates to first shift associates on issues that occurred during non-business hours. Maintain strong working relationships with customers, drivers and team members. Use a wide range of technology to accurately and efficiently complete work. Skills and qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Strong problem-solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Able to work non-traditional business hours. Pay and benefits: Additional $1.25 per hour on second and third shift, $2.00 per hour on weekends.
