Travel Requirement: None Position Summary Join a growing team of 400 sales associates dedicated to protecting the lives and safeguarding the businesses of our 600,000+ customers. J. J. Keller is currently hiring Sales Professionals in our local Fox Valley offices, as well as remote to work from home. If you're a goal-oriented, competitive, and inquisitive individual who enjoys the "thrill of the chase", our inside sales team is the perfect fit for you! In this role as an Inside Sales Representative on the Fleet Services team, you'll be responsible for selling products and services to customers in the transportation industry, using an outbound call approach. The products and services offered, consist of J. J. Keller's Electronic Logging Device (ELD), Encompass software, Consulting Services, and Outsourced Managed Services. This role requires individuals to have an effective application of sales process, assumptive closing style, willingness to be on the phone the majority of the business day, and ability to deal with sales obstacles. You will be given the tools and training to reach your full potential. We Provide:

  • $44k base + $17k annual commission plan, for an overall target earnings of $61k+

    • High school degree or equivalency Qualifications Education:
      • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required
      • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business preferred Experience:
        • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business inside selling environment. Other Skills/Qualifications:
          • Ability to present and sell intangible solutions for customers.
          • Business development skills and ability to utilize a consultative sales approach.
          • Ability to understand and communicate complex regulatory/industry information.
          • Ability to manage sales process independently or in collaboration with field sales associates.
          • Ability to overcome objections and deal effectively with rejection, while remaining personable to both internal and external customers.
          • Strong time management and organizational skills.
          • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
          • Confident, assertive and goal oriented. Physical Requirements Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to offsite offices, customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required. J.
