Primary Responsibilities Growth: Lead the growth of sales by developing capability through leveraging technologies and people, including identifying and bringing new business and deepening current account knowledge and relationships. Focus: Digital technology for our National / International platform including Hybrid, HP technology. Customer: Lead the overall effectiveness of assigned customer relationships, including personal visits, account strategies, and strong relationships. Communicate account strategies internally to key stakeholders, including the Customer Service group and support their role in achieving the strategy. Account Management: Coordinate all activities and communications with assigned accounts and achieve metrics and expense budget. Analyze and provide sales forecast data as required. Proactively manage, communicate and hand-off to customer service and other key stakeholders' new projects. Financial: Provide input into the annual sales budget and monthly forecast. Exceed approved budgets for assigned accounts. Work with Customer Service and customers on escalated A/R issues and any other billing related matters. Ensure customer contracts are modeled after best practices. Development: Be proactive in learning and staying current on customers' business and markets, and industry trends. Be an active member of our team engaging in the focused growth of the Digital Business Strategy. Resources: Organize and manage internal resources to meet strategic, financial and growth objectives of assigned accounts. Teamwork: Build strong relationships with members of the organization and contribute to the goals and objectives of the other functional areas represented on the sales support teams. Actively engage in national accounts to support our efforts as needed to capitalize on opportunities to expand our Digital footprint. Be an active member of the National / Worldwide team driving best-in-class practices. Sales Process: Utilize and embrace best practice sales processes as established by the company. Actively engage in the use of Salesforce to manage your day-to-day responsibilities. Knowledge of Salesforce a plus. Culture: Lead and model being customer-focused, challenging the organization to delight our customers. Be respectful, honest, and supportive. Values: Model the Corporate Values and Principles. Conduct oneself in an appropriate and business-like and professional manner, building strong relationships both internally and externally. Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA's) Computer Skills Literate in the Microsoft Office or equivalent. Salesforce CRM knowledge a plus. The ability to create and customize presentations required. Must be proficient at creating and working with Excel spreadsheets Language Ability Articulate, clear, persuasive and passionate in the spoken and written word. Make effective and persuasive presentations on difficult or complex topics. Math Ability Perform college level mathematical calculations and have the ability to analyze data. Physical Demands Frequent travel and move about in offices and plants. Demonstrate a professional image. Maintain focus and energy over an extended period of time. Qualifications Prefer minimum of three to five years of Digital Sales related experience, relevant industry experience, and proven ability grow business. Reasoning Ability Rational, logical, fact-driven decision making. Read and analyze complex documents, including contracts. Strong problem solving and communication skills. Supervisory Abilities Relate to people at all levels of the organization, including diverse cultures. Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence.
