Bill's Distributing, Ltd. (BDL), an industry leader in beverage distribution, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our fast-growing team as a Wine and Spirits Account Manager and Business Developer. This position is largely self-directed and located in Green Bay, WI. The purpose of this role is to grow all brands in the Bill's Distributing wine and spirits portfolio. This position is location independent working with our award winning products in our wine and spirits portfolio!Essential FunctionsCold Call/Open new accountsProduce written objectives for every sales account, on each assigned routeUnderstand and perform the structured Sales Process in each account as requiredUnderstand and adhere to company Sales and Merchandising StandardsOperate within all assigned sales budget parametersDevelop and maintain excellent rapport with all assigned accountsMaintain adequate inventory levels in all assigned accountsCommunicate to customers any product price changes as neededComplete and submit a daily sales reportCollect money from assigned accounts, in accordance with the state law and Bill's Distributing Ltd policyAdhere to company standards regarding sales route book and vehicle maintenanceSell-in and conduct on-premise promotions, as neededMaintain and adhere to proper call frequency and established call times for sales accountsMonitor all competitive activity and report findings as neededDeliver hot shots as requiredSell all products/packages, without personal biasPromote responsible consumption of Bill's Distributing, Ltd productsPerform other duties, as assigned.

Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or business-related field;2 or more years of wine & spirits sales experience preferred,Or equivalent combination of education and related work experienceNecessary Skills and Abilities:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skillsDemonstrate high levels of professionalismDemonstrate good judgment and problem solving skillsStrong analytical, organizational, planning and collaboration skillsSolid understanding of industry regulationsProficient computer software skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MobilityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet all deadlinesValid driver's license and good driving recordMaintain appropriate dress and personal appearance standardsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift/move case product or materials, up to 50 pounds occasionallyAbility to use hands for phone or computer work; reach with hands and arms for various activities; sit frequently or for extended periodsWorking Conditions/EnvironmentTypical office environment while working on siteWork is frequently performed at customers' locationsWorks weekends, special events and holidays, as needed and/or as scheduledMay be required to work extended hoursWe Provide:A $50,000 - $75,000 annual compensation plus bonus opportunities.A competitive benefits package including medical, dental, life, short term disability, and a 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.Bill's Distributing, Ltd. is an equal opportunity employer.PM19PI153474334
