Operating in eight states with eighteen locations throughout the mid-western, southern, and eastern United States, we utilize state of the art equipment and employ the newest techniques allowing us to offer advancement opportunities in a continually growing OEM landscape.Bent Tubes, LLC is expanding and growing, and seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative for their Neenah, WI location. This Inside Sales Rep will work with sales management, customers, and internal members to provide outstanding sales support. This position will be responsible for contacting potential customers, coordinating with sales to provide suitable solution documentation to customers, sales orders, and customer quotes. This position will work with our customers and production team to input and organize all daily sales orders as well as support many additional internal office and business functions. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.Bent Tubes offers competitive pay, dental, health, and vision insurance, paid vacation and holidays, 401k plan with company matching, and more!Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Representative:

  • Answer and respond to incoming phone calls from customers and vendors
  • Understand customer relationships in order to recognize and take advantage of opportunities to grow the business, while improving the overall internal processes
  • Conscientiously update and organize customer files and contracts
  • Support of sales requests to ensure we meet and exceed customer's expectations
  • Follow-up of all orders to ensure they are processing on-time
  • Maintain customer accounts and efficiently process customer and vendor returns and credits
  • Support continuous improvement and quality objectivesQualifications for the Inside Sales Representative:
    • Previous experience preferred.
    • Associate's Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Good understanding of order processing and business/office documentation.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing facilities is preferred.
    • Ability to prioritize work and work accurately under pressure of deadlines with frequent interruptions.
    • Proficiency of Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and oral).
    • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Highly effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
